ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note: High-volume periods or sales events may slightly extend processing times.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES
We proudly ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Once dispatched, the estimated delivery windows are as follows:
United States: 7 - 12 business days
United Kingdom & Europe: 7 - 15 business days
Canada & Australia: 10 - 15 business days
Rest of the World: 10 - 20 business days
Note: These are estimated delivery times. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to potential customs delays or unexpected carrier issues.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number and a link to trace your package. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for the tracking information to update in the courier's system.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
cartlygoods.com ships internationally, and as such, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. cartlygoods.com is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. All customs duties, taxes, and related fees are your responsibility as the customer.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
We take great care in packaging our products so they arrive in pristine condition. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@cartlygoods.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will address these issues on a case-by-case basis to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. cartlygoods.com cannot be held responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address entered at checkout is fully accurate and complete. If an error is made, please contact us at support@cartlygoods.com within 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, we are unable to change the shipping destination, and we will not be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
